Yes. We welcome business-to-business trade. Use the quote page or call us with the quantities you need and we will come back to you with trade pricing.

Payment confirms your order. Our lead time is 14 to 21 working days, and delivery is booked once your order has been made.

Yes. We deliver across South Africa with The Courier Guy. Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days once your order is dispatched; remote areas can take longer and may cost more.

The courier offers tracking and the receiver signs for the parcel.

Delivery rates are calculated by the courier from the size, weight and quantity of your products and your postal code. You see the rate at checkout before you pay.

Yes. You can collect directly from us at Main Lawley Road, Anchorville, Lenasia, 1827. Choose collection at checkout.

Most of our single doors are 813 x 2032 mm, the common South African standard. Pivot doors are larger, typically 1288 x 2120 mm. Each product page lists the size of that door. Use our size guide to check what fits your opening.

Our products, doors and accessories carry a 1-year manufacturing guarantee. Products sold as factory seconds, clearance, end of range, ex display or warehouse damaged are sold as seen, without a guarantee. Some econo doors are marked "No guarantee" on their product page.

Check everything on arrival and do not sign for goods as unchecked: your signature accepts them as being in good condition. Contact us within 3 to 5 business days. Do not fit, finish or alter a faulty product, as it cannot be replaced once altered.

Items bought online can be returned to us within 14 working days from the date of purchase, together with the delivery note that came with your order. Products bought 90 days ago or more cannot be returned or credited.
